If our initial detailed costing doesn’t align with your budget, don’t worry – we’re here to help. We’ll work with you to identify strategic changes that can be made to meet your needs and budget, whether that’s a change in materials or process.
Once all plans and detailed costings are aligned with your expectations, we’ll prepare a Master Builders contract for the project. This includes timelines, schedules of progress payments, and inclusions for the project. We’ll also apply for Home Warranty Insurance, which will allow us to gain the Construction Certificate for the project to start.
Home Warranty Insurance provides you with financial protection in case something goes wrong with the build. With every detail of your build meticulously planned and scheduled, we can now break ground on your project.
Our dedicated team, including a foreman and our Director, Dave, will oversee the construction process to ensure that it’s completed on time and to your satisfaction.
You’ll be regularly updated on progress through on-site visits, phone calls, and emails.
Upon completion of your project, we’ll ensure that your home is professionally cleaned and ready for you to move in.
Before we hand over the keys, we’ll conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure the work meets our high standards. If any issues arise, we’ll rectify them promptly.

Our support doesn’t conclude at the completion of the project. We’re committed to ensuring that you’re completely satisfied with your new home, and we’ll check in with you after the first few months to ensure everything is working as it should. If any issues arise, we’ll address them promptly to ensure your complete satisfaction.
